Refund Policy
At Macguys, we ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services however in cases that our customers are not happy we have certain policies that come into play.
For customers who have bought an item from us, we offer the customer 7 days return policy
where the customer is eligible for a full refund if the reason to return is valid.
For customers who have gotten a repair service or a replacement service from us will not be
refunded for any reason as the repair or replacement has been done. We offer a 3 months
warranty for all our services which will cover any issues after the service has been provided.
If for any reason we have to offer a refund we will give a partial refund. The diagnostics fees that we charge will not be refunded for any reason.
We require customers to have a valid reason for any type of refunds.
